Optional using the brewing profile paddle control on the group to adjust brewing pressure maximizing the extraction quality. The rotary motor pump guarantees uniform and silent pressure delivery like a PRO machine! Maximum flexibility; the rotary pump is connected to a double water source system that allow to plug the machine to the main water supply or to use the internal fresh water tank.
